An aroma of rich aromatic nose displaying an enticing combination of cinnamon, black pepper, plum, liquorice and blackberry supported by vanillin oak and hints of leafy tobacco. The palate’s initial flavours of soft ripe plums and blackcurrant lead to a more structured mid palate of raspberry and aniseed with a long textured finish of spicy oak and mocha supported by fine velvety tannins

From the Great Southern Region, this wine offers a spicy aromatic nose of blackcurrant and raspberry fruits, with plenty of spice and pepper and hints of liquorice, leather and tar. The palate is plush and moreish with bright crunchy berries leading to a complex mid palate of mocha and liquorice with a long finish of fine velvety tannins.
Try with roast duck and crispy potatoes with port gravy.
From the Pemberton region, the colour is a deep burgundy with a brick red hue. The Aromatics are soft aromas of red berries and savoury spice while the palate is long, fruit-driven flavours of striking dark berry flavours that linger on the palate and are supported by fine oak tannins to add structure.

From the Denmark region, the appearance is a clear crimson with youthful purple hues. The Aroma offers a vibrant lifted nose of black cherry and strawberry complemented by spicy vanillin French oak. The palate offers bright red fruits with hints of darker plums and cherry with an earthy, gamey mid palate with hints of mushroom and a spicy finish of soft tannins
