NV Henri Le Blanc Sparkling,

Following sustainable methods and the traditions, techniques and excellence of the age-old methode traditionelle. This sparkling is decadent, with a creamy biscuity palate, generous fruity characteristics of green apple and lemon zest and delicate secondary notes of exotic fruit and white flowers. through its lingering finish.

Pairs well with oysters, summer salads, raw fish and scallops.

2019 La Bise Pinot Gris

Brosche pear and Nectarine fruits form the character of this Pinot Gris. An easy drinking wine perfect for summer.

Amazing with a bucket of chilli prawns, tarte tatin, Waldorf salad and other blue cheese dishes, or even a chicken Korma curry.

2019 Fermoy Rose

Vibrant fruits of blueberry and strawberry on the front palate lead into the textural and subtly spiced characters of barrel fermentation – hints of cashew, toasted oats, fennel seed and lemon curd, before a soft, talc-like acid line ensures a long, textural, mouth- watering finish.

This Rose goes perfectly with some serious seafood such as lobster or salmon, as well as your classic barbecued meats.

2017 Mitchelton Estate Chardonnay

Nectarine, peach, and blood orange fruit flavours backed up with almond, oatmeal and hazelnut derived from the French oak barriques. A minerality is evident throughout the palate whilst still maintaining an opulent creaminess from the lees stirring. The mid-palate generosity is pulled into line with a fresh lime acid finish.

Pairs well with seafood, pasta, risotto and summer salads
