From the Castilla region, This wine shows intense aromas of red and black fruits that blend harmoniously with notes of liquorice, which reflects the typicality of Tempranillo. In turn, notes of toffee and vanilla stand out. Soft and friendly palate with a good integration of tannins together with an extraordinary balance of jam and compote fruits

From the south of Jumilla, this wine is Monastrell 90% / Syrah 10%. The colour is very deep ruby red, with a hint of the violet colours of a young wine. Aromas of stewed black berries and jams, with spicy notes of pepper. The palate has a good acidity which keeps the wine fresh and juicy. Full and weighty, the wine has a long and pleasant aftertaste. Monastrell is another name for the Mataro / Mourvèdre grape.

From the Rioja region, the wine is a deep picota cherry red colour with a garnet edge, this wine is clean and bright. It is complex on the nose, with aromas of cherry and raspberry standing out, complemented with aromatic notes of herbs such as thyme, rosemary, cinnamon and tobacco. On the palate it is a very fresh wine, voluminous pleasant and with a long finish.

Serve between 15oC and 17o C with roasts, chargrilled chops, Ibérico cured meats and mature cheese.
