2021 Preece Riesling

From the Nagambie region, the colour is pale straw with green highlights. The nose abounds with musk, tangerine, lime and lemon along with a hint of bay leaf. The palate opens up to flavours, that are fruit focused and pure. Bright apple acidity lays the framework, marrying well with flavours of limes, lemon myrtle, grapefruit and rosemary. A Riesling that is seamless, the wine shows the line and length as a young wine that will delight early drinkers and reward patient drinkers.

FOOD PAIRING

Try with Cantonese style pan fried shrimps.

2021 Preece Pinot Grigio

The palate displays intense flavours of Nashi pear, green apple, Feijoa and ginger spice interwoven. The entry on the palate is refreshing and lively before opening with bright apple acidity and subtle texture. These layers of complexity are balanced by a crisp persistent finish.

2019 Preece Chardonnay

From the Nagambie region, the colour is bright pale straw with brilliant green hues. Loaded with fresh grapefruit, citrus, ripe stone fruit, along with complex oak and flinty notes. The palate unfurls with fresh flavours of stone fruits, rock melon, grapefruit and citrus. An underlying thread of complexity coats the palate from the full use of solids and barrel fermentation, that will continue to come to the fore as the wine ages. The 2019 has a remarkable minerality and is tightly coiled with great density, balance and focused fruit.

FOOD PAIRING

Try with baked salmon with garlic and dijon.

Bursting with white jasmine florals and grapefruit notes coupled with toasted almonds, brioche and creamy nougat. The wine is refined, elegant and complex with a long, fine bead extending on the palate. A polished and balanced finish with excellent persistence.
