2018 Preece Shiraz 

From the Nagambie region, the colour is deep red with distinct purple hue. Intense aromas of dark plums and mulberries with liquorice and chocolate in support. A full and mouth filling palate greets you with flavours of ripe blackberries and liquorice along with dark plum, spice and white pepper. The velvet tannin structure builds on this flavoursome palate. Plush and powerful with restrained elegance.

FOOD PAIRING

Try with one pot Swedish meatballs

 

2017 Preece Cabernet Sauvignon 

From the Nagambie region, the colour is dark red core with deep purple hues. Rich and ripe blackberry and plum aromas are supported by cedar oak notes and subtle bay leaf spice. Underpinning the medium bodied palate is bright and youthful blackberry fruit and traces of mulberry and spicy oak. Fine grained oak and fruit tannins provide structure and supports the wine while a supple mid-palate leads seamlessly to a persistent finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Try with cranberry balsamic roast beef. 

 

2018 Mitchelton Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz 

From the Nagambie region, the wine is a deep magenta with purple hues, the 2018 Mitchelton Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz displays intense aromas of red and black fruits and lifted pepper spice. Ripe mulberry, dark cherry and black plum flavours fill a bright and elegant palate. A blanket of fine and ripe grape tannins support these fruit flavours and are complimented by beautiful French oak influence, ensuring the wine will continue to improve with further maturation.

FOOD PAIRING

Slow roasted Pepper and Cumin BBQ Pork

 

2019 Mitchelton Estate Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 

Deep ruby in colour, the 2019 Mitchelton Estate Single Vineyard Cabernet displays lifted aromas of dark black fruits, cedar, bay leaf, and spicy oak. The signature palate opens up with flavours of cassis and blackberry and the fine grained French oak provides spice and structural balance. The fruit slowly builds on the palate, rising to meet the fruit tannins and produces a long, complex and persistent finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Pair this wine with a spicy Moroccan Lamb tagine.

 

2018 Mitchelton Luxury Range, Heathcote Estate Grown Shiraz 

From the Heathcote region, the colour is Dark Crimson red with purple hues. Intense aromas of fresh blackberries, blackcurrants and dark plums along with aromatic French oak influence. A palate revealing complex layers of dark plum, blackberry, mulberry, liquorice and beautiful oak flavours. Soft and supple fruit tannins are partnered with fine grained French oak, adding palate length and structure to the deep core of concentrated fruit.

Try with Thyme Lamb Rack with red and port wine jus.


2019 The Bend Range Shiraz 

From the Central Victoria region, the wine is Intense and vibrant aromas of dark red and black fruits coming through with hints of spicy oak and dark chocolate. The rich palate is fruit driven with dark black fruits, oak and smooth tannins all working in unison. A textural complexity completes the palate and continues to a long and persistent finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with Old Fashioned Beef Stew.
