From the Nagambie region, the wine colour is pale pink with brilliant Salmon hints. Nuanced and layered aromas of citrus, redcurrant and sour cherry along with distinctive rosemary and ginger scents. Bright, fleshy fruit flavours of red berries, white citrus are complimented by lemongrass and ginger and clothe the natural, fine acid backbone. The savoury, textural fine tannins build through the palate delivering a persistent and balanced finish with a sense of freshness.

From the Nagambie region, the Cuvee is distinct yet classic pale straw in colour with a bright gold lustre. The Mitchelton NV Blanc de Blancs Cuvee has intense and complex aromas with poise and depth of character. Bursting with white jasmine florals and grapefruit notes coupled with toasted almonds, brioche and creamy nougat. The wine is refined, elegant and complex with a long, fine bead extending on the palate. A polished and balanced finish with excellent persistence.

From the Nagambie region, 2020 Blackwood Park Riesling shows an enticing, pale straw colour with green hints in the glass. Intense and fragrant aromatics of lemon and lime blossoms, pink grapefruit and ginger spice. Fine and fragrant with a steely, wet slate acidity that drives the palate while classic Riesling flavours of lime, lemon rind and mandarin lead to a long, persistent finish.

From the Nagambie region, the wine is a deep magenta with purple hues, the 2018 Mitchelton Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz displays intense aromas of red and black fruits and lifted pepper spice. A blanket of fine and ripe grape tannins support these fruit flavours and are complimented by beautiful French oak influence, ensuring the wine will continue to improve with further maturation.

Deep ruby in colour, the 2019 Mitchelton Estate Single Vineyard Cabernet displays lifted aromas of dark black fruits, cedar, bay leaf, and spicy oak. The signature palate opens up with flavours of cassis and blackberry and the fine grained French oak provides spice and structural balance. The fruit slowly builds on the palate, rising to meet the fruit tannins and produces a long, complex and persistent finish.

From the Heathcote region, the colour is Dark Crimson red with purple hues. Intense aromas of fresh blackberries, blackcurrants and dark plums along with aromatic French oak influence. A palate revealing complex layers of dark plum, blackberry, mulberry, liquorice and beautiful oak flavours. Soft and supple fruit tannins are partnered with fine grained French oak, adding palate length and structure to the deep core of concentrated fruit.
