2019 Eradus Pinot Noir
From the Awatere Valley NZ. Intensely perfumed with lifted savoury notes interlaced with dark cherries, plum and cracked pepper. The tannins are soft and silky, layered with plush, ripe red fruits.FOOD PAIRING
Enjoy with mushroom pizza, blue cheese, roast lamb and beef sliders.
2020 Ana Sauvignon Blanc
The fruit was destemmed and gently pressed. The juice was cold settled for 72 hours, after which the clear juice was racked off, followed by a long cool fermentation in stainless steel to capture and enhance the fruit flavours. Each of the individual parcels were fermented separately using a range of selected yeasts to enhance varietal characters. Easy drinking and zesty with fresh gooseberry flavours and mouth-watering acidity which carries through to the finish.
