2017 Chateaux Le Grand Verdus Bordeaux Blanc

From the Bordeaux region, This wine is fresh, bright, and enticingly aromatic. It is seductive, with delightful fruity hints of white flowers, peaches and a lingering mineral intensity.

FOOD PAIRING

Enjoy, over the next two years plus as an aperitif, with summer salads, classical seafood, shellfish or goat cheese

 

2019 Deep Down Sauvignon Blanc

From the Marlborough region, Winemaker Clive Dougall wanted to turn the volume down on the classic fruit driven style of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and he's done that using organically certified grapes as his starting point, which he fermented with wild yeasts with 35% of the fermentation in old puncheons. Malolactic fermentation followed in barrel with lees stirring and the result is a fresh, soft, floral scented Sauvignon with the floral, elderflower and citrus flavours supported by a backbone of fresh acidity.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with split pea, watercress and goat curd salad. 

 

2018 Castel Firmian Lagrein

From the Trentino region, this wine offers ruby red colour, intense and velvety. It has an intense perfume with black currant wild-berries aromas, eucalyptus and liquorice, dark chocolate and graphite, the brief refinement in wood releases spicy and toasty notes. Well-structured, dry, full-bodied with velvety tannin and elegant.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal companion to cold cuts, traditional first courses, roasted meats and delicate game.

 

2017 La Sorda Vendimia Seleccionada Tempranillo 

From the Rioja Alavesa region, The first aromas to appear are those of gentle strawberry and raspberry, with bakery aromas and subtle hints of cinnamon and spice. On the palate it is juicy and has a fine acidity, leaving a final sensation of beautiful finesse

Try with a Brazilian BBQ.
