Chardonnay gives the wine a creamy, round mouth feel with some nice citrusy characters while the Pinot Noir adds some acidity allowing the wine to finish clean, crisp, refreshing and so good to share. Highgate Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut will age gracefully over a number of years but is best enjoyed while the wine is young and fresh showing off its creamy characters, fresh acidity and lively, bubbly nature.
