2019 Highgate Orange Chardonnay 

From the Orange region, the appearance is an inviting brilliant pale straw colour. Fresh aromas of white and yellow stone fruit, with some notes of citrus fruit. Generous ripe fruit flavours are supported by subtle oak influences on the palate that is round and textured, and finishing with a lively touch of grapefruit.

FOOD PAIRING

Enjoy with dishes such as a fresh seafood platter with shellfish, scallops and oysters, or alongside hors d’oeuvres, or for your evening drinks.

 

2019 Deep Down Sauvignon Blanc 

From the Marlborough region, Winemaker Clive Dougall wanted to turn the volume down on the classic fruit driven style of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and he's done that using organically certified grapes as his starting point, which he fermented with wild yeasts with 35% of the fermentation in old puncheons. Malolactic fermentation followed in barrel with lees stirring and the result is a fresh, soft, floral scented Sauvignon with the floral, elderflower and citrus flavours supported by a backbone of fresh acidity.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with light foods like Bruschetta with fresh basil and olive oil.  

 

2020 Deep Down Arneis

From the Marlborough region, The wine is Concentrated arneis with tangelo and saline-mineral flavours supported by good acidity that drives a dry, mouth-watering finish.

FOOD PAIRING

A perfect match with most seafood and particularly oysters with a squeeze of lemon.
