2020 Plantagenet "Angevin" Riesling

From the Great Southern Western Australia region, this wine has aromas of vibrant lemon blossom, lime, wet quartz, touch of flint, white flower petals, almost rose petals. The taste offers zesty lime and quartz, fine talky phenolics framing the palate, citrus fleshy texture with fine zesty and long persistent finish with a saline, mineral edge.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with Albany Rock Oysters.

2019 Bethany First Village, Chardonnay

From the Barossa Valley region, the colour is straw gold with green highlights. Bright, fresh nose of pink grapefruit, white florals and clove spice. Lovely structured and fluid palate with tight acid and aromatic floral notes swirling through the stone and orchard fruits. There is a balanced fruit weight to the palate but the tight citrus pith and stony minerality ensure there is abundant life and vibrancy coursing through. The wine has great length with a perfect balance of fruit and lightly complexing oak.

FOOD PAIRING

Delightful with white wine and garlic linguini & clam pasta.

2018 Tahbilk, The Tower Marsanne/Viognier/Roussanne

From the Goulburn Valley region, the nose and palate exhibit the classic Tahbilk Marsanne characters of citrus, honeysuckle and orange blossom. A flavourful and fresh peach lift is exposed with undertones of apricot, lime and balanced spice from the Roussanne. The typical refreshing crisp acidity lingers with this classic
Rhone style blend. A wine of remarkable quality and exceptional freshness.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with Mild Indian chicken curry dishes with coconut rice or slow cooked pork belly.

2019 Yering Station, Village Chardonnay

From the Yarra Valley region, this wine is a pale golden straw colour. The scent is a creamy pear and honeydew melon with subtle white florals. The taste is soft and generous with a bright spark of freshness – like biting into a nearly ripe pear. The wine is elegant, balanced and long in length with melon fruits and white blossom.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with lemony shrimp risotto with wild mushroom & herb pasta.

2020 Mount Langi Ghiran, Billi Billi, Pinot Gris

From the Grampians region, this wine is a bright straw colour with a golden hue. The scent provides a perfumed nose of white florals, pear and honeydew. The taste is crunchy, fresh and varietal. This wine delivers a core of luscious pear and stone fruits, intertwined with fragrant florals and spice. Flowing, generous palate with chalky acidity that provides a persistent finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Delightful with marinated Octopus salad with olive oil, lemon and garlic.

2020 Xanadu, Exmoor Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

From the Margaret River region, the wine is a pale straw with slight green tinge. The vibrant bouquet exhibits passionfruit and fresh lime characters, with hints of dried herbs and floral notes in the background. This wine is medium-bodied, the zesty palate offers freshly squeezed citrus flavours combined with tropical fruits and a touch of quince. An easy-drinking ‘classic’ Margaret River wine style with wonderful purity – crunchy, fruit-driven, lip-smackingly dry with crisp acidity and a clean refreshing finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with grilled fish with a squeeze of lemon and sautéed vegetables such as asparagus and zucchini
