We want you to be 100% happy with your wines. Inspiring Vines offers exchanges (subject to availability) or refunds of wines for satisfaction guarantee, where you have not been completely satisfied with your choice and the following conditions have been met:
- If your refund has been approved, the applicable cost you have paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- We will cover the costs of delivery for your satisfaction guarantee return. You do not have to cover this yourself.
- If there are any breakages or damages with the wines you receive, please contact us immediately with details of the issue and any photos or descriptions you can provide. You can contact our customer service team on email@example.com , and the team will endeavour to replace the damaged items. If the wines cannot be replaced, you will be provided with a full refund, provided that the wines and their original packaging have not been opened or consumed.
- If you have received the incorrect wines, do not dispose of the wine, and instead contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for replacement products to be sent to you at Inspiring Vines expense. Inspiring Vines will pay the fees for the incorrect products to be sent back to us, provided that the wines and their original packaging have not been opened or consumed.
