We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Inspiring Vines offers exchanges or refunds of wine as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee where you have not been completely satisfied with your choice.
To request under our Satisfaction Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
If your purchase cannot be replaced or if a replacement is not appropriate, then a refund will be provided. If a refund has been approved, the amount paid by you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned purchase.
If you have received the incorrect wines, do not dispose of the wine and please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for replacement products to be sent to you at no extra cost. Inspiring Vines will pay the fees for the incorrect products to be sent back to us, provided that the wines and their original packaging have not been opened or consumed.
If there are any breakages or damage with the wines that you receive, please contact us immediately with details along with any photos or descriptions you can provide.
In all cases, Inspiring Vines will cover the cost of delivering the returned goods to our warehouse.

We know that you will be eagerly awaiting your delivery! As we partner with various providers, delivery times can vary. You may also receive your orders in separate shipments. We estimate delivery time as follows:
Metro areas: 3-10 business days
Regional/Remote: 4-12 business days
Please note: During lockdown some delivery delays may be expected.
We have a flat shipping rate of $10. Should you purchase 2 or more cases, your shipping will be free.
You can easily track your order by viewing your order history in your account. You will also receive emails and texts with tracking information and updates on your delivery.
Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over.
Deliveries will only take place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
No deliveries will take place on Saturdays, Sundays and Christmas Day.
On Anzac Day, deliveries will take place between 12 noon and 5pm.
