Fruit aromas are of peach, pear, lemon and lime. Toasty French oak adds complexity to the nose but sits behind the fruit in a supporting role. The palate and mouthfeel are textural and long. Citrus and peach fruit flavours harmonise with the oak and acid backbone.
The palate reveals fresh zesty lemon and juicy white peach with subtle hints of almond and brioche. This is an elegant Margaret River Chardonnay that finishes with minerality and succulent natural acidity.
Produced from premium, single vineyard grapes grown in the cool climate of the Eden Valley. It has gentle aromas of pineapple and Meyer lemons on the bouquet. The palate is delicious and creamy, yet having lovely, crisp balancing acidity, giving you a superb, satisfying mouthfeel. The plentiful peach flavours linger on the tight, fresh finish.
Hints of butterscotch and honey, with some fresh fruit notes of pineapple and passionfruit, make it utterly irresistible. It has a beautiful creamy texture which comes from barrel stirring every 2 weeks for a period of 6 months. It is a wine you will find very difficult to put down!
A luscious wine with a balanced palate of apricots and citrus fruits. French oak barrel fermented and softened by malo-lactic ferment, which will allow the wine to develop a soft butteriness to the palate with a little bottle age.
Intense fruit aroma with subtle vanilla bouquet. The palate is creamy and has a round mouthfeel.
